Halewood Wines & Spirits has added two single-serve bottles to its One World wine range.

The new 187ml Olive Hills Pinot Grigio and Pinot Grigio Blush variants now join the existing 750ml bottles.

The addition of the new variants comes after the company saw a rising consumer demand for “the convenience of ‘one glass’ mini bottles”, particularly among younger drinkers.

Andrew Turner, director of wines at Halewood Wines & Spirits, said: “It is important the One World range is available in both sizes to reflect the changing ways people are buying and drinking wine.

“With people more conscious than ever of their health and putting more thought into their consumption of alcohol, single-serve formats provide an easy way to enjoy a glass of wine while keeping an eye on units.

“We have seen single-serve formats go from strength to strength over the past two years due to the convenience and flexibility they offer.”
